Blueberry Bison

White Corn Masa, Fused with Fresh Wild Blueberries and Blueberry Preserves. Filled with Braised Barbacoa Style Bison that was simmered in a Smokey, Mild Chile Ancho Sauce. Paired with Blueberry Maple Bourbon Sauce. (Sauce is Sweet & Smoky with Light Notes of Bourbon and Maple combined with the Tart Sweetness of Blueberry)

Cranberry Turkey

White Corn Masa fused with Sweet Cranberries. Filled with Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, shredded then simmered in a Mild Garlic Chipotle Sauce with Sauteed Shallots, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno and Cilantro. Served with Fresh Cranberry Salsa (Sweet Cranberries, Spicy Jalapeno, Warm Sweet Notes of Ginger, Cilantro, Green Onion)

Chicken Tinga

White Corn Masa Con Chile. Filled with Herb Roasted Chicken Breast, sauteed with Hatch Green Chiles, Garlic, Onion, Cilantro and Tomato, simmered in a Spicy, Smokey Chipotle Sauce. Served with Spicy Green Tomatillo Salsa

Strawberry Pecan

Strawberry Masa fused with Pecans & Cinnamon. Served with Sweet Cream Dipping Sauce.

Wojapi

Strawberry Masa fused with Traditional Wojapi (Berry Sauce with Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries and Blackberries) and Pecans. Served with Sweet Cream Dipping Sauce.

Your order can be packaged Hot and Ready on a Platter with Drizzling Sauces or Heat and Serve (Includes Serving Platter) for at home plating.

Orders for Christmas Tamales must be in by 12/17 with Pickup Slots Thu 12/23 After 5 pm through 5 pm on Xmas Eve.

Orders for NYE Tamales must by in by 12/24 with Pickup Slots Thu 12/30 After 5 pm through 5 pm on New Years Eve.
